Verizon

Overview

Context: As a product designer, I had the opportunity to work on a partnership with Verizon, where we developed a mobile application tailored specifically to their brand and requirements. Verizon had seen the success of our previous mobile applications and expressed interest in having a similar solution customized for their own use.

Role: Product designer

Responsibilities: Visual designs, Prototyping, Hand off to the engineering team

Problem: Delivering a numerous amount assets with a tight deadline

My role in this project involved collaborating closely with the Verizon team to understand their brand guidelines, user preferences, and specific functionalities they wanted to incorporate into the application. I worked alongside a senior designer, a contractor, and a development team to translate Verizon's vision into a user-friendly and visually appealing mobile interface. I ensured that the design adhered to Verizon's brand standards while also maintaining consistency with our own design principles.

Approach

The process involved several key steps: determining the required number of assets, developing a roadmap to ensure timely project delivery, allocating resources, and training contractors. Once the team was established, we initiated a continuous cycle of providing assets weekly, reviewing them with the Verizon team, making necessary adjustments, and repeating this cycle until all assets were delivered. Finally, we released the completed project.
